    After considerable information gathering and some ripping research we at American Age have decided to bring our knowledge, experience, and insight to the slipping of America's never-ending saga of lowering the bar of acceptable standards of conduct and decency. We believe that it's time for that proverbial 'line' to be drawn in the sand primarily with, but not limited to: Illegal Immigration, Sexual Orientation, (or whatever that is?) and Education.

“We have tried everything else,” UT San Antonio student Lucy Martinez told the San Antonio Express News. “We have done lobbying, legislative visits, marches, sit-ins. We are tired of it. [The hunger strike] is similar to what we go through in our everyday lives — starving without a future.”

Far be it from me, but what on earth is Lucy Martinez running her mouth off again? Realistically, she should be talking at her parents. I loathe seeing quotes like this from young people. The demands that is now being placed on our education system is far too much. I wonder if these people have ever heard, “Do The Right thing.”

2 Did you know that John Morton, the head honcho for the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency has open stated his objection to the people, legislators, and governor of Arizona by stating his organization will select the cases it wants – just those it wants.

3 Did you know that more than half of incarcerated prisoners in AZ are illegal?

4 Did you know that an estimated 6.7 million unauthorized aliens from Mexico residing in the United States in early 2009, representing 62% of the total unauthorized resident population at the time?

5 Did you know that DHS further estimates that there were 8.5 million unauthorized aliens living in the United States in 2009 from North America, which includes Mexico as well as Canada, the Caribbean, and Central America (79% of the total).

6 As of 2008, about 14% of the total Latino population had arrived in the United States during the past ten years. However, in several states in the South, including Alabama, Kentucky, North Carolina, Mississippi, and South Carolina, more than 30% of Latinos had arrived within the previous decade.
